Yes, all purchases made both in-store and online are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds due to the deeply discounted nature of our designer inventory.

Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. Please note that during high-volume events, processing times may be slightly extended as we curate and pack your designer finds.
Are the products authentic?
Absolutely. We partner directly with brands and designers to host their official sample sales, ensuring that every item sold is 100% authentic merchandise.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, 260 Sample Sale online only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to international fashion enthusiasts in the near future.

Can I use a gift card from a specific brand at your sample sale?
