Due to the exclusive, high-discount nature of our flash sales, all items purchased through 260 Sample Sale are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. We encourage all customers to carefully inspect items and verify sizing before completing their purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Final Sale Status
Review your order confirmation to confirm that all items are marked as final sale, as our boutique partnership agreements prohibit returns on sample inventory.
- 2.Inspect Upon Arrival
Thoroughly examine your package immediately upon delivery to ensure all items arrived in the condition described during the event.
- 3.Report Damages
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- 4.Awaiting Resolution
Our team will review your claim and, if approved due to a fulfillment error, will provide specific instructions for a one-time exception process.
